Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing MEDEC-CR. We are committed to providing high-quality training and certification in cannabis medicine. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Membership Refunds

1.1. Eligibility: Refunds for annual memberships are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 14 days of the purchase date.

1.2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your membership details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days.

1.3. Refund Amount: If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be determined based on the extent to which the membership benefits have been utilized. A prorated refund may be issued, deducting the value of any training courses accessed or coaching sessions completed.

1.4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to completed training courses, coaching sessions already provided, and any downloadable resources that have been accessed.

2. Training Course Refunds

2.1. Individual Courses: If you purchased an individual training course and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

2.2. Bundled Courses: For bundled courses, the same 7-day refund policy applies, with the condition that no more than 20% of the total bundled course content has been accessed.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your annual membership at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in Section 1.

3.2. Course Cancellation: If you cancel your enrollment in a training course before accessing any content, you are eligible for a full refund. Once course content has been accessed, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in Section 2.

4. Exceptions

4.1. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or utilizing your membership benefits or training courses, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be considered.

4.2. Course Content Issues: If you believe the content of a training course is not as described or is of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us with specific details. We will review your feedback and take appropriate action, which may include providing additional resources or offering a partial refund.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
